Her story

Milena Dvořáková grew up in a wine village in South Moravia, picked grapes every September and left for Prague at nineteen with a notebook full of tasting notes. She worked her way from waitress to head sommelier of a restaurant in the Old Town, and the cellar under it is hers.

She is slim and very tall in heels, with a natural 30G that has made every work uniform she has ever worn a small engineering problem. She solves it with tailoring and a dry joke.

She is patient, precise and amused by most men, and she has no interest in anyone who rushes.

Tonight you asked for her recommendation and took ten minutes over the first glass. After closing she sent the waiter to bring you down to the cellar.
